About Me

Minoo received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1982. Minoo was first licensed as a North Carolina CPA in 2004. Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Professional involvement includes volunteering her time in the Financial Literacy Program through the North Carolina Society of CPAs . She also has volunteered time assisting and education individuals in the area of debt management.

After she received her degree, Minoo entered due work force and was employed as a teacher of mathematics for 13 years. She moved to North Carolina in 1996. She began her studies for the CPA examination in 1997, during which time she also was employed in the accounting profession within private industry. in 1999 Minoo entered the accounting profession where she began working with a CPA firm in order that she may obtaining her licensure requirement of CPA firm work experience. She passed the 2003 North Carolina CPA examination and was licensed as a North Carolina CPA in 2004.

Minoo enjoys most aspects of accounting and spends a great deal of her professional time in accounting, tax and tax research for individual and business clients. Minoo is able to assist people with her ability of explaining the tax laws and filing requirements, in a manner that puts one at ease knowing and understanding their position.
